Help Need advice on methods

I'm new to this site, so apologies if I don't use the right words.

I'm in an awkward situation. Tried to OD a few months ago, didn't work and I'm not allowed near any pills. Haven't really got anywhere in my room that I would be able to the I rope to. Can anyone think of a method other than those that I could back out of if I really wanted to?

It´s not so peaceful, but you could put a plastic bag over your head, fix it with cable ties and fix your hands with cableties, that you won´t be able to pull it off your head

I've experimented with cable ties. It is absolutly horrible, even worse than full suspension hanging.DO NOT ATTEMPT IT WITH CABLE TIES!
