Need a mod please

Hi i thought every new member gets some of his first posts automatically on pending for approval and after a number he receives more freedom.Im almost at 30 and every single one still goes on pending to be checked by a mod .
I found a post where another member had a similiar problem and got told to contact mods.But i cant even do that too.If i try to pm someone it always gets rejected for some reason

This happened to me. Initially my posts all were straight online then suddenly all needed approval. The link I made was using my VPN. My mobile network blocks the site so I have to use a VPN (but don't through my normal wifi options). The mods confirmed this was likely the case, but that they work through approving posts as quick as they can. In my case, it wasn't personal!
