Need a method to CTB, something that won’t cause suspicion

What are some good methods that won't cause much pain? I've considered carbon monoxide for years. Any tips on how I could go about that without the risk of a failed suicide or hurting someone else. I'm thinking some sort of appliance that doesn't seem suspicious (I'm keeping this from family I live with) and can be brought somewhere. Please and thank you
