Method need a bit of help with method

My method was going to be hanging but I've tried before and no matter how hard I tried and videos I watched I couldn't get it right I was slowly suffocating for 5 mins and couldn't take it I don't know why I wasn't passing out. Is there any method of overdose that would be lethal but not painful or not to painful. Also does anybody know how I could get SN (CANADA)!

thanks but hanging has failed me to many times I used that and I can never get it right and I don't wanna sit there suffocating till death for like 10-20 mins I think all try to get SN or maybe CO method thanks !
