I don't typically like beans in general but green beans in black bean sauce sounds yummyGreen beans, especially in black bean sauce.
This is my first time hearing lentils lmaoLentils and broccoli

Never tried olives before, now im curious, I thought they're bitter?Always going to be a good bowl of green olives...![]()
You can never go wrong with potatoes, that's also my comfort food. I've never tried pumpkin soup before lolI'm a huge fan of carrots and potatoes
It doesn't count as a vegetable but pumpkin soup is on my top 5 favorite meals

It's basically the only way I eat green beans at this point, because for me, nothing could ever top it.
As for my personal favourite … this is actually really, really hard. Maybe broccolini? Or sweet potato? Enoki mushrooms? Fuck. I live every aspect of my life in pure indecision, unable to commit to anything. Even a favourite vegetable, it seems. But honestly I just wanted to comment with that recipe link, so I'm content.
Is that...
Never tried asparagus beforeAsparagus maybe, but it's a hard choice. Not many vegetables I don't like.
I hope you're able to make it one day. Actually, what I really hope is that you're able to make it one day and also that you love it! Since you're an eggplant fan, I love nasu dengaku and moussaka. The latter can be costly but nasu dengaku is so easy and so cheap to make: I highly recommend it if you aren't familiar with it. Sambal is too hot for me!THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE, I'll maybe try it when I have the money to buy the ingredients, just read it and it sounds delish!
I can relate to not being able to commit in life, even though it doesn't apply in "name one of your fav vegetable" in this case. I might not understand 100% of your pain but remember that you're not alone and totally valid ^^
I'm gonna watch some yt videos about that dish lol, I'm really really curious about it.I hope you're able to make it one day. P.S. Thank you for your compassion. It can be really paralyzing. It sounds so silly to complain about being indecisive but when it impacts every aspect of my life, it's actually quite crippling, in my experience. So thank you for your kindness.
I love them too!Bell peppers
I'm not gonna think too much about if tomatoes are fruit or vegetable, my heart tells me it's a vegetable lolTomatoes if they count as a vegetable. I can eat em plain but even with just a lil salt they are so good.
Can't go wrong with onion!Onion
I think so yeah! It can be made into some kind of dessert, have you ever heard of jasuke? I love them!I'm not a fan of veggies but let's see… maybe corn? Does that count?
Wow, I thought corn only grew in America (stupid me lol)! Jasuke sounds delicious, anything with condensed milk is.I think so yeah! It can be made into some kind of dessert, have you ever heard of jasuke? I love them!
It's super easy to make, just boil (idk if that's the right term) corn, then shred it with knife (just enough so that the corn and the shell separate) and then add condensed milk with cheese, I don't think it's that healthy tho lol
That's what I thought abt asparagusWow, I thought corn only grew in America (stupid me lol)! Jasuke sounds delicious, anything with condensed milk is.

YESSSS EGGPLANT ON A GRILL IS SUPER GOOD TOOOYES EGGPLANT IS SO GOOD.
Either eggplant salad with peppers where you cook the peppers and eggplant on a grill and add mayonaise to it.
Or
Veggie pot, made with bell peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes, garlic, onion and you simmer them together
brussels sprouts might taste slightly bitter, but they can be really good if prepared properly. they have a soft texture and are fun to eat. celery also has some bitterness, but there are ways to make it taste great. it has a grassy flavor with peppery notes, it can be eaten raw with a dip too.I have never tried brussel sprout and celerytell me how does it taste
