I'm not ready to CTB right now, for various reasons that I'm still trying to make peace with, but I'm still doing my research. The two methods I've pretty much settled on if the time comes is N (or Secobarbital) or SN. There are a lot of actual videos of N or Seconal and it looks like a pretty peaceful way to go - ingest and the person is out within a minute or two and I've never seen any vomiting or people who appear to be in pain, etc. I haven't actually seen any videos of SN, but I've read through many of the accounts of those people who have either witnessed or "heard" it happening, and it 1. Seems to take a lot longer to lose consciousness and 2. There seems to be a many instances of vomiting or seeming uncomfortable, moaning, body movement, etc.
I'm fully admitting that I'm not a well researched as a lot of the people here on this site...I guess that's why I'm here. But why is SN the most popular choice over the other two methods mentioned? I'm terrified of beginning something I can't stop and having it be painful, and that's why I'm asking. Of course I realize that no death is going to be without any type of fear or pain...maybe was people hear/see with SN is something that the actual person taking it doesn't feel at all.
Thoughts?
