N is available in Mexico and Peru so why isn’t there a way to order it from a store and have it internationally shipped ?

No, it was not that dumb. But they just won't do it without a prescription and probably very very few internationally and I would imagine then only if u prove that you are a vet as well.

It's tightly regulated and outside of animal euthanasia doesn't see much clinical use nowadays.
