Method N, AD and Z-Drugs - tolerance

Since June 2018 I got my N @home.

At the beginning of 2019 I tried to recover myself and tried to live without medication (anti depressants and Hypnotika). In the past few months I lost my job, I've got a chronic illness and I feel sick like all the time, the nausea drives my crazy. Only the AD and Lunesta helps a few hours, at least I can sleep a few hours per night.

to my question:
I take 6mg Lunesta and 7.5 mg mirtazapine to sleep every night. could that be a problem if N is my method?

I would not take medication except Meto for at least 24 -36 hours if I decided to go.

You might have cross tolerance from the lunesta. Both nembutal and lunesta act on gaba neurons.

It depends how much N you have. One bottle is enough for most people. I would stop the lunesta and wait awhile before drinking N.

Dilantin can also be added to N to potentiate it if you are really worried.
