• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i have tourette's syndrome. it's manageable at times, but recently they've been terrible. i used to be able to go hours withiout ticcing but now its happening every few seconds. it's driving me crazy. i wish there was a way to just clap my hands and make it go away.

for everyone who doesn't have it, be thankful. it's terrible.

From what I can tell, try a stimulant. Stimulants include caffeine, nicotine, amphetamines and cocaine. Large doses can cause over-stimulation, resulting in anxiety, panic, seizures, headaches, stomach cramps, aggression and paranoia. Long-term use of strong stimulants can have adverse effects. So don't overdo it, also relaxing can help so if you can get medical marijuana probably would help with it as well. Also ask your doctor if he can prescribe you Ritalin it is commonly used for ADHD, and Tics.

Hope this helps.

Have you tried nicotine gum? I've always got some in my bag for my friend who has tics in case they forget. You park it in your gum and can just leave it there as much as you need

That sounds really awful and tiring what you have to go through, it's undeniably such a cruel world we exist in where people suffer all through no fault of their own. But anyway, I hope that if possible you find relief from your suffering.
