Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hey everyone, Im planning to "leave this forum" sometime within the next month and I have decided to use the shallow water blackout method.

During my research I read that this method is pretty hit and miss so I've made some additions to my plan. I'm going to drink ~10ml of GBL (equiv to ~16g of GHB), ~2ml in the beginning then the rest once I start feeling it, as well as taking ~250-500mg of tramadol instant release, and then 50ml of vodka to wash it all down. I chose GBL because at high doses it causes the user to fall into a deep unconsciousness, tramadol because of the euphoric/sedative/calming effects, and alcohol to boost the effects of both of the drugs, I also chose these because of ease of access, pricing, and how they synergise.

There's a large pond near my house that I'm planning the swim in. Ill fill by backpack with rocks (to hold me down while I'm unconscious) then will walk out into the middle of the pond (about 1.2m deep) and try go swimming.

Im also very prone to fainting, if I were to sit down for 5+ mins then stand up quickly I would have to sit down for another min or so or I will pass out, so this will be very helpful

I'll post to this thread before I go out to swim, and I will definitely update if things don't go to plan.

Any improvements or notes would be appreciated, cheers.
