Get a new job. Find a new lover. Use viagra. Use antidepressants.

In the Army when pushed to the limits of physical exhaustion one could find a source of reserve energy by shouting out encouragement to others. This might help sustain you in the short term.

Sometimes loss can serve to regain attention that had been diverted to the superficial and allow a time of discovery of what is more essential. I do not know if this is the case for you, but you might want to explore family relationships that may have been neglected, people who still care about you even if do not have what you did previously, or if you had faith before, you might try to rekindle it.

Sometimes an upheaval can open an opportunity of time that might be applied to discover an interest such as reading, cooking, drawing, music, or an activity that opens an opportunity for meeting new people.

If you had a high paying job you can get another one.

Relationships are overrated. Find your own happiness first and if you have room for someone else at that point, then consider letting them in.

Erectile dysfunction is a medical condition that is treatable.

Your depression could be from all the things that just happened, in which case it will resolve after the other issues are resolved. Or it is from something much older and earlier in your life and you'll need to seek treatment for it.

Worst case you'll get another job, you'll treat the ED, and you'll have to go to therapy. And you might still find another partner. I've had my heart broken 15 times and I still managed to find the resolve to live. You can, too.
