I am 19 years old
I am 5'4 feet tall, ugly, have a weak body and aslo I have a small thin penis, So you can call me an incel.

My dad died 2 days ago, he was 73 years old. although he give me bad genetics and poverty, I am sad of loosing him.

I see most guys have a good genetics (specially height and facial beauty), that made me so sad cuz I will not have a wife or a partner who love me, that is the brutal bklackpill reality.

I wanted to suicide but I can't cuz I am muslim and I believe that if I did it, I would go to hell forever.

How can I get rid of suicidal thoughts and live my miserable life with good mental and psychological health?

Being short and less attractive might cause you to be dismissed by superficial people. That can be a blessing in disguise. Also if you invest in acquiring virtuous character qualities like a reputation for honesty, integrity, kindness, compassion, and reliability, you might find your worth in the market place increasing.

Because of TV, movies, and magazines most people have a two dimensional view of the world. In this world attractive people are used to attract attention and sell products. This leaves a residue on children, teenagers, and even people into their 20s. In the 20s people start to recognize the value of character over appearance.

Consider the high school cheerleader who marries the high school football star. After ten years of marriage, she may regret not marrying someone with a sense of humor. As you grow to see greater value in things other than the physical, you will find that you can see them in others as well.
