I am not sure when but I am sure that I will do it ASAP. I am just not sure about the times.

I will take my medicine like I ussually do

08:00 1x10mg olanzepine
16:00 1x10mg olanzapine
24:00 1x10mg olanzapine
*instead of meto
Day 2
08:00 1x10mg olanzepine
16:00 1x10mg olanzepine + no more food (I might beginnen with fasting earlier)
22:00 no more drinks
23:00 paracetamol 1000mg
23:15 3x10mg olanzepine
23:30 Renie, double doze
00:00 SN
I would lay down and hope for the best. Unfortunatelly I do not have any benziodiazepines and i cannot fibd them. So what do you think?
