I'm planning to CTB on January 23 using SN, without antiemetics.
The time of my CTB may be delayed by 2-3 hours, it depends when my family goes to sleep.

My Protocol:
January 23, 12:00 AM: Stop Eating
January 23, 11:00 PM: Stop Drinking
January 24, 12:15 AM: Take 600mg of Ibuprofen (without water)
January 24, 12:50 AM: Prepare 3 glasses of 25mg SN, mixed with 80ml water
January 24, 01:00 AM: Drink 1 glass of SN, lay down in bed with music
I'm pretty confident. I haven't vomited in years even after eating disgusting things, but it may be different with SN. That's why I'm going to prepare 3 glasses instead of 2.
I think having a positive mindset plays a big role, but I'm not an expert.
