This is what I am thinking right now. I know what PPeH recommends and what Stan's guide recommends. 1mg of Xanax knocks me out but it takes like half an hour to an hour. I do not have a tolerance built up. I haven't taken it in years.
Let me know what you think. I have all of these drugs (including the SN). I don't think I can get a different benzo. I am open to taking more xanax, either before the SN drink or with it (right before or after). I just feel like having the minimal amount to throw up would he a good idea.
I plan to fast the day of the SN for about 12 hours before drinking. Water fast maybe 4 hours? Let me know what y'all think. I'm trying to come up with something that works well for me. I do not want extremely fast heart rate (so that's why I am taking paracetamol) and I would like to be unconscious quickly (so that's why I'm adding xanax).
