It's formatted wrong. It means ''Assay min: 99%'', which means the content has a purity of at least 99%.
However I'm not sure why Nitrite is listed below as "max 0.002%". It could be the max. impurity, but I'm not positive.
Is there a CAS number on the bottle?

'Assay min 99%' means a purity of at least 99% and the CAS NO. means it's SN.
