Venting My SI is so damn high

my anxiety always interferes with my attempts.
I can't live the life I would want to have. One that would be bearable. My diagnoses are not enough to get disability pay and my family is unsupportive.
How does one beat SI?

It's so hard to beat the SI, I've had many attempts but they always kick in at the last second or during the moment. It's really infuriating. I don't know myself on how to beat it.
