sometimes i just explode and pour out all my anger at someone else, usualy my mother since she's basicaly the only person i have some kind of contact. my god, this shit is a living hell, let me out!!

Im so so sorry you're going through this. I know how you feel. Sometimes after penting up a shit ton of emotions i go off on someone undeserving then end up hating myself even further.
