Have last meal around 1am

12am 600mg ibuprofen

12:15am 3 10g meto & 2mg Xanax

12:30am milk of magnesium (still unsure abt this step)

1 AM cheers SN (35g dissolved in water)

*will have a second and third glass prepared just in case

I'm being nitpicky here. g stands for grams, mg stands for miligrams. Stan's says mg everywhere where meto is mentioned.

Stan's says 10mg, yours says 10g. That would be 1000 pills if you have 10mg pills.

12:15am 3 10g meto

And this would be 3000 pills.

So yeah, it's miligrams(mg)
Make sure to not accidentally take 4000 pills instead of 4(+ the rest of the pills in the guide)

The thing about milk of magnesium is true, in the last PPeH they indicated that antacids were no longer necessary, although I don't know why.

I think I weigh about 65 kg (kilogrammes) I was planning to take like 25 g SN. Should I increase the dose?

I don't recommend increasing the dose. 25g is more than enough for your weight, a higher dose just makes it more likel for you to throw up!

Adding antacids might slow down the absorption from what I understand.

What about the beta blocker ? It's also mentioned in both guides. Some authors say taking a very large amount (~ 2000 mg i think ?! ) of Propanolol will knock you out earlier and therefore the procedure would be less agonizing. - don't even know if the author wrote, it makes SN more deadly.
What's the truth about the beta blockers and which dose to choose.... ? Has anyone sources for this opinion ?? I can't find the article no longer
