My Barebones SN Procedure

This is my barebones SN procedure. This was said to be OK when SN first started getting buzz. All the current anxiety and sleep meds weren't used then. I procured everything and kept my kit ready, but, waited for health and stuff to fully fail, and not go prematurely. Replenished SN every 2 years or so. Now, the time has really come.

t-480m Fast
t-120m Stop liquids except water
t-60m Ibuprofen
t-45m Anti-emetic
t-30m Antacid and Valium
t 30g SN in 50ml water

Originally, didn't even bother with the Valium. Later on, I managed to find it and add it.

What do y'all think in "these modern times"?

That's similar to what I have planned, although I won't be using antacids or valium. Just following Stan's guide which seemed quite successful for many before so I'm hoping it will be the same for me.
