Venting My anxiety has reached a point where my hands are actually shaking almost 24/7

That sounds really horrific what you have to go through. The reality is that it certainly can be torture being trapped here and it's so awful when things in life just continue to get worse. To me this world definitely is hell as there is simply no limit as to how much we can potentially suffer.
