My 2nd attempt was the hanging method

I went lights out in 3 seconds things went south when the belt yanked my neck because I tried to hang myself by leaning forward with a belt around my neck in my closet. Once I lost consciousness I fell backwards on a hill of random stuff in my dirty closet then the panicked kicked in because it started hurting my neck so I got out of there.
I'll give this method 3/10
Pros: lost consciousness within 3 seconds
Cons: months of neck pain

That sounds awful. Hanging does scare me because of the chance that it could fail. We all deserve the option of a peaceful and reliable way to end our suffering. I wish you the best.
