Hello, @TimeToBiteTheDust. I just wanted to let you know you aren't being ignored. I guess if you need films to convince you, you probably don't really want to go yet, which is fine.

But if you simply want to top up your existential disgust, a few of the "daily briefings" by the current resident of the White House should do the trick.

Melancholia is a masterpiece. I also like the series he made called The Kingdom

Tree of Life was enough to depress mi although I can't discern whether it's because the underlying message of the film is sad or if that's just my own personal reaction to it.

Uh yeah, why would you need movies when all you need to do is put on the news?

Movies are my escape from this world... If they're increasing my hate, then something is going rather wrong.

Adverts. Nearly all of them but particularly smartphones. The music is horrendous, the lifestyle is horrendous and the people it's aimed at are (presumably) horrendous too. Not a recommendation. I try to avoid them at all cost. Sometimes I'm subjected to it with no say in the matter and no gun handy
