Do you have any movies/other media where once you think of one, you can't help but think of the other?
Examples:
Groundhog Day and The Truman Show
Well known comedian in a high concept movie where they try to escape a highly contrived, repetitive version of reality. Comedies but darker the more you think about them and with a strong emotional core. Both very well received.
Fences and A Raisin in the Sun: Plays that we read for school that follow the life of a black family in roughly the same time period. Some similar character archetypes as well. Also both well received.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Austin Powers: I literally have no idea why my mind associates these two besides that the names just pop out.
