Sometimes we need to remind ourselves why some things are important to us: You could for example start writing:
"I need to ______ because: ...."
"I want to ______ because: ...."
"I must _______ because: ..."
Or some other words.
Just some thoughts... It's usually easier for me to manage my life while I am smoking weed because I naturally feel more energetic and urge to do things (I become more lazier while I am sober).
