I might have to re-think my idyllic mountain hike in to the woods for a peaceful, secluded end.
Love the mountains, love nature … not so fond of cold.

I am jealous I love the cold weather it´s so fresh you are lucky you get frost and snow it´s the 9th of January and it hasn´t even snowed yet we only had frost a few times.

Seriously life sucks so much nowadays I feel so bad for kids experiencing Christmas without even seeing a snowflake it´s just dark, grey and rains at least snow is beautiful, nostalgic and light up this dark time of the year. I also LOVE nature but because it keeps raining I can´t go out on my daily 1-2 hour walks but if the snowed I could because most of the snow just falls off the clothing rain doesn´t it just makes me wet.

I seriously hate cold weather more and more every year.
The snow is pretty - for a few days, then I'm over it again.

On the positive side - if I don't successfully OD, there's a pretty damn good shot now of freezing to death!

Minus 29 here with the windchill—I feel your pain! Environment Canada is calling it an "Arctic Dome" I guess they can't say "cold af" on their software apps!

Yeah... -29 is one of the reasons there's no way in hell I'm moving back to the prairies! LOL

I never want to feel like I am freezing, or slightly cold ever again. I never want to feel like I am in an oven burning up or even slightly warm just outside my optimal temperature zone ever again. I don't want to feel any negative physical feelings or mental ones ever again. All these feelings of being too hot, too cold, too much pain, too much anxiety and depression is ridiculous! It never ends! It's always something causing suffering.

The lowest I've experienced here is around -6 or -9. And that was deathly cold for me. I couldn't even leave the bed for too long... I hope you're staying as warm and comfy as possible.

These temps are celcius, so not as horrendous as the same values in the US.
Still too cold though.
