Four months ago, I started keeping track of my emotional state. Every evening, I would review the day and quantify my emotions on a scale from 0 to 1 (with steps of 0.25) - I have substituted the numbers with letters (A-E) & colors. Here are the categories that I use:

- █ C - without any significant emotion
- █ D - happy
