I joined at a new company three months ago. They have been continuously shifting me within projects , sometimes every week. Last week I was allocated on a new project, my project lead S assigned me some work. And asked me to follow some previous projects. He also asked me to get the work reviewed by another person C.
So I copied the previous project work as it is and asked person C to review, he said that he doesn't have time for that as he is busy with other work and asked me to submit the work to S. I did that.
Today S put a message on our teams group. He said my work had serious issues, that i was working without understanding etc etc. also he said my work was rough.
I just feel like hanging myself rught away
