Mild temp psychosis from lsd

I had taken lsd in the past about 7 years ago but never to the potent this batch was.

This was also my proposed ctb date (yet again) so was unsure of what was going on. maybe this was a poor reaction of antienemtics until i found the tabs of acid. I had not even rememebered taking them.
I also thought maybe I was in a state of purgatory after maybe taking the N for abit until the reality seemed to weigh in too heavily.
I "later realized" at this point i was drunken and angry enough at myself for pussying out that i made myself take the tabs of acid.

This was horrible and thank god I had my long-last friend of 2012's texts to soothe me on as I had a bad trip back then too.
Too bad there is nobody to trust like that in my life anymore, friends, parents, all gone...you exhibit one sign of substance abuse or mental illness now and its off to the mental ward

I did lsd on Christmas and had mostly a bad trip. I would only do it again if I was in a beautiful area or something. Right environment probably makes a difference. It's not a good thing to do if u have a predisposition to being depressed. The hangover can leave u feeling suicidal because your chemicals got messed with.

The only time I had done this alone since 2012 was now. usually i was in a better state of mind back then and had a friend to watch over you.

I assumed this would be like shrooms which i've taken now and then and they've helped me understand myself and life, nature more. but this "acid" for me atleast this time was all about "society" and these strange political things I don't really care for.

My old acid trips simply made me see the synthesis with the ways in which our society works (strange to comprehend now) and how its all connected. That's all I can gather anyway from 7-8 year old text posts. also a massive age change from mid 20s to early 30s will skew perspectives. Regardless of mental/physical health symptoms

Sorry to hear about your lack of friends bad reaction shutdownnow. From what I've read about taking acid, mindset and setting, are crucial to having a good trip. That you took it to punish yourself could have been an influence on the outcome. I don't think you're a pussy. You just underestimated the very natural survival instinct.

I had one experience with acid (window pane) when I was a teenager back in the early '80's. That is some surreal stuff! I wasn't prepared for the experience and had a bad trip too.
