yes, as long as i was using them, been off for a couple months and it's been rough. be thorough and try to find friends who trip so you are sure to get good stuff. but this especially with journaling, creating art, exercise, and a good diet is great. the downside is it messes with your stomach and makes it difficult to sleep. but, compared to most antidepressant side effects, they're much more life-conducive.

More than likely you saw all the negative things about yourself... All these things can change.
I wasn't there so I can't represent your experience whatsoever, but personally I found even with bad trips I learn a lot.

Also shrooms will enhance any emotions you're feeling including things you've had in the background over the past few days.

Shrooms are like a surprise intervention.
Like an escape room, come for the colors;
Stay because the doorknob broke off.

I feel micro dosing is very healthy. Personally it put me in a really good mood and it's better than any other antidepressant I have ever ever tried, however they are highly illegal in some places so there's that.

As for actual trips...
On the high end of positive experiences I've had 'gods' share their secrets with me and felt angels swoon and bath me in lust.
...
And on the low end of negative experiences I've had my dead brother blowing smoke in my face while seeing flashing images of an aborted fetus.

^and I know you're probably thinking that the low end is an instant nope... However words cannot express the high end. And plus I feel like the only comparable things would actually come off as vulgar. Just things to think about.

Would I try them again? Actually...
I'm hoping to have another experience really soon. 😁

I've tried various micro dosing schedules but none seemed to really work for me. I prefer to have a couple of grams of shrooms every 6-8 weeks or so, it helps to alleviate my anxiety and lifts my general mood and outlook for a few weeks. I seem to be able to cope better with life. It's not a silver bullet though because look where we are talking...

I also have BPD, which is rare in male's apparently.
Honestly, self-talk is the most important thing when dealing with BPD, and with shrooms you should honestly consider treating it like a "magical ritual" in the sense that you set the atmosphere,
You put yourself in a good headspace, etc.

Now when you say you think you're addicted...
Do you mean to the shrooms?
... Or you mean you're addicted to putting yourself down,? 😏 These are the real questions.

I think the most relevant Epiphany I ever had on hallucinogenics was I was 'told' to stop trying to feel the void inside my soul with everyone and everything else because it hasn't worked and it will never work. That hit differently.
