Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This might seem kind of obvious but...buy it from a different country?

Ondansetron was reccomended in a previous handbook I'm pretty sure. But that was alongside Meto, not necessarily as a replacement.

I'm in the same boat, meto is hard to attain but available here still. Curious on if this will work.

Domperidone is a great alternative to Metoclopramide, plus it's far less risky to experiment with Domp compared to Meto because it has less potential nasty side effects.

o___O If you can remember where, you don't mind showing me where you found that do you?

Thankfully I won't be using SN as my method of CTB. But as someone who chose to go with Domperidone on the basis that it is safer to experiment with than Meto, I'm curious about this information you found out.

I'm confused, i've always read in the PPEH that domp is useless and that meto is the one that works cause it works differently, stan's guide says it works, WTF

Not sure where you are getting that from. The PPEH states Metoclopromide is the first choice but Domperidone is also a very effective anti emetic.

Well they are both dopamine blockers which is what you want for helping with controlling nausea.

If you can't find Metoclopromide then it's your next best choice.
