• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I'm having trouble figuring out which option is best, would like some other opinions on this before I decide which to pursue.

I think it depends on what you're comfortable with. I'm currently in the same predicament. I want to take my SN now but need anti-emetics. I can't deal with the thought of going to the doctor right now so I'm going to buy it online. Downside is I'll have to wait as I can only find it from other countries. I suppose it's safer to get from doctor as you know it's what it's supposed to be.

Sorry to know you have Lyme disease. It is indeed bad. Never buy medications online. You never know if they are even genuine and not expired. You may also be in trouble with the authorities by importing it if it is a prescribed medication in your country. Also, by purchasing it from a questionable online retailer, you may be inadvertently supporting their criminal activities and the drug addiction epidemic. It's best to speak to a doctor about your needs and wants. I hope you feel better. *hugs*

I've considered going to the hospital emergency room with complaints of ongoing nausea and vomiting problems (The symptoms they would be most likely to prescribe it for) and getting it from a doctor/nurse practitioner there. Might be easier to do that than going to a primary care doctor. Would appreciate any advice from people viewing the thread on this idea as well.

Thank you very much for your advice. Lyme is not fun to say the least, I appreciate your kind words.

As far as buying online is concerned, I would tend to agree with you. I would reserve it for a last ditch option if getting it from a doctor/hospital fell through.

Fyi - just today I saw Primperan for sale on eBay. But it was a single seller from Greece, with no recent sales.

Not sure what to think of that.

or you can purchase them over the counter in your next trip to latin america!

but if you don't have that option then i'd say that you should first look for them online and if you don't find them then go to a doctor and pretend to have symptoms of gastroparesis, metoclopramide is usually THE first line treatment for it.

I mean, trying to get it from a doctor is ideal. But I had to order mine online... It's a trusted source from SS though and many have gotten their Meto safely. Crossing fingers to get mine soon, it's been almost 2 weeks for me.

There's no risk in trying the doctor first, so I'd recommend that. The worst that'll happen is they try to give you something else or refuse to prescribe. Then you can try ordering some.
