found this in the pph:

"Anti-Vomiting Drugs

Metoclopramide & Ondansetron

There are two recommended anti-emetic drugs that should be taken together: Metoclopramide (Maxolon) and Ondansetron (Zofran). Metoclopramide is prescription-controlled but it can also be purchased without a script from online pharmacies. On-dansetron (Zofran) increases relaxation, suppresses vomiting, and enhances the effect of the metoclopramide. See the Chapter on 'Supplementary Drugs' for futher information"

then why only meto is recommended for SN? and not a combination?

I was going to do this combination but found that Zofran was too expensive and not necessary for the protocol so I decided to just use Metoclopramide as an antiemetic. However, it is recommended in PPH so I think if you have both it is best to use it.
