some people say that AE is hard to obtain, how hard it is and why? (like, is it banned from some countries or something?)

would a liquid version of it (reliveran) be the same as pills? i remember i got prescribed around 20 drops (almost a spoon full of this liquid version) before going to a long travel to prevent nausea, many years ago
