Meto in Europe?

Hello everyone, I am new here and would appreciate any tips or pointers.

While SN is easily found where I live (Central Europe, invaded many, many times over the years), I don't know about Meto or any anti-emetics.
Can anyone point me to where Europeans source their Meto or other anti-emetics?
