Methods: poisoning?

What are some good and effective over the counter poisons or drugs that provide fatal overdose?
I'm starting to get desperate and I can't get a lot of other methods (hanging, blood loss, asphyxiation) to work. I don't care if it's ugly or messy as long as it's relatively fast, easy and effective.

Over the counter medicine and drugs are otc for a reason. There's no such thing as easily available ctb medicine. Depending on where you live it could be possible to obtain SN.
