Discussion Method used in prisons in Brazil

I've been studying planning the SN method for a few months, including I already have the SN in hand.

Today I was reading the news from my country, and I come across an "Interesting" method

The name they (the prisoners) gave is GATORADE, there is a product in Brazil with that name, but it has no connection.

I searched here in the forum but found nothing related to this method, found this forum about overdose that has relationship, and then decided to create the forum account and post.

Come on the method varies from site to site, which I will leave at the end of the post the links, the first would be to mix alcohol + cocaine and ingest, while the other would be water + cocaine and ingest.

What do you think about this method?
Does it really work?
How pure is cocaine? (Because where I live all cocaine is mixed with several of these ingredients, methylamphetamine, methylphenidate, ephedrine, mannitol, inositol, sodium bicarbonate, saccharin)
What would be the water / cocaine - alcohol / cocaine ratio?
