Methanol Fire Method

I have heard about Methanol fire. I would consider use of this method as you can't see the flames in daylight so it doesn't seem so scary and I'm certain it would be a successful method but how to obtain methanol and how much would I need and I'm guessing it would be best to ignite in a confined room or area?

Methanol is a highly flammable, simple alcohol that is easily obtainable. However, it's low vapor pressure along with high cost to obtain a sizable quantity of it makes it a poor method. Not to mention fire is the worst way to die, the incredible pain cannot be described in words.

Methanol (wood alcohol) is also lethal if you drink it; There has been tails of sailers drinking Methanol to get drunk and then being in critical condition, if not dead, the next morning.

Before trying out anything, please try to save yourself if you can. I'm sure there are people out there who would be devastated if you CTB'ed. There are resources that you need to try first before i continue this discussion.
