• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Had my first visit with a therapist today but felt horrible afterwards. They didn't say anything bad and mostly just listened. Afterwards I just was completely exhausted and wanted to do nothing but sleep. Maybe I forgot my duloxetene this morning or maybe something else? Anybody here good with psychology that can explain this? It was just so weird being so exhausted after just sitting and talking for 50 mins.

This is very common to me. I've been to therapy regularly since January 2020, most of the sessions feel extremely tiring. Specially the ones that get more emotional. Emotions are very close to our physical body after all, they really are prone to affect us.
