• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Nobody has ever died from a melatonin overdose, it's one of the safest medications available.

Studies have given as much as 3,000 mg / day of melatonin to people and they were fine. You could probably eat melatonin pills for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it still wouldn't kill you.

i don't believe it's even known what the lethal amount of melatonin is for adults. there are apparently cases of people dying after taking melatonin with some sort of other substance, but taking just pure melatonin is unreliable and next to impossible.

Simple answer is no, melatonin is a hormone. The human body makes it. Hormones are used by the body then discarded. The melatonin over & above what's needed will be discarded by the body. It won't work. Save your melatonin. 🤗🌹💔
