I live in the Philippines and it's hard to get medication easily without prescription. This is my first time and I don't want to risk failure because of the consequences. I need it quick what's a medicine I can buy and overdose with? Anyone know?

Nothing you will find in a pharmacy will kill you by itself, or at least not without being extremely drawn-out and painful.
The resources thread is stickied, some of the methods described there don't require meds at all, nevermind otc medsSimilar threads
