There are many people who can´t overcome the fear of death and the survival instinct although they are tormented by chronic meaningless illness, disability, pain or other problems. To consciously enter into death is the hardest thing someone has to go through. It can be difficult even for those who have a method. We have fear of death, fear of the death process and possible failure. You know how to do it physically, but you can´t handle it psychologically. How do we solve this problem?

Meditation is about physical and mental relaxation with concentration on some subject. Meditation can relieve anxiety and mental pressure. Hypnotherapy is effective in creating psychological changes in a person that his or hers conscious mind can´t achieve. Self-hypnosis is about motivation, relaxation, concentration and enrichment - concentration on a goal, awaken the subconscious and create a change. Self-hypnosis is very effective for changing a person´s behavior patterns and for setting goals. There are people who have been able to quit smoking through self-hypnosis. But the fear of death is the strongest emotion. Do you believe that you can meditate or hypnotize yourself to suicide? Or is hypnosis only an illusion? Someone here on Sanctioned Suicide who has knowledge about meditation or hypnosis?

Meditation helped me with anxiety, but like everything else in my life, I lost interest and everything went back to being a big shit
