I feel like meditation is helping with hopefully ctb. It helps you realize your true nature. You experience a a quality that is ever present inside of you that you've always been. You enter a no mind state where your as close to being dead as possible, no though, fears, no worries. Nothingness. It helped me realize that nothingness is home and whenever we die we are just going back home. We've been dead more than well ever been alive 13.8 billion years to be exact. Anyone else have thoughts on meditation
