I'm crying and I find my situation funny. What the hell do you mean you're angry at me because I didn't charge my hospital fee on your card.

There is not much information to work with, but it sounds like someone wanted to help you with your expenses. That they got mad sounds like it might be a parent. However, it sounds like there might be some loving concern there as well. Hopefully you have those in your life that care about you.
