I'm disabled from some unknown disease. The doctors still don't know what's wrong and I have to live with my family. Ive been through a lot of tests and it's racking up and there's no way for me to contribute. Does anybody else immediately want to ctb when they see their hospital bills that someone else has to pay?

Yeah, the healthcare system in the US is a fucking mess of a system. It charges a shitload of money and even for those with health insurance of some sort are still fucked if they don't have good coverage. Sometimes, even having a simple test or appointment could already cost dozens, let alone getting treatment. This isn't even considering the problem with involuntary commitment (which is another issue altogether).

To answer your question, yes, that would absolutely be a big push for me to CTB because having a lot of debt from student loans is already quite challenging to pay off, let alone having medical bills on top of that. The whole system needs to be overhauled.
