I was thinking about that. There is a vet I used to take cats from work to be castrated. He's sort of young... I was thinking to set up a consultation with him and then offer a good amount of money for two bottles of N, promissing to use it on my pet and that I would pay him in cash and delete our messeges. He would know ofc. Perhaps there is a chance of him being greedy?

Thoughts?

Why would he throw away a good paying, rewarding career that he went to school for so many years for to do this? It is much more likely that he would call the police on you and have you arrested, to be honest. This career could be worth millions over his lifetime, plus a lifetime of rewarding experiences since most vets really like to care about animals. So you're asking him to risk everything he worked his whole life for for you? I just think you're not looking at this realistically, I think he likely has cameras in his office and would call to have you arrested and convicted. I do understand being desperate to find peace, but this is not a good plan.

I don't think I would get arrested for that in my country. I think in the worst case scenario he would be rude and tell me to beat it, but I do appreciate your point of view.

In my country you would hardly face any real jail time even by murdering somebody colded blood and confessing it, so it's safe to say we are ok in this matter.

I was just wondering if the offer was good he would be tempted out of greedy, easy money after all.

All Vets have a license to practice and a license for drugs. Please do not ask someone to risk either.

In the u.s. he would be risking his career, I can't imagine a vet taking a risk like this here unless they were in some kind off desperate trouble. Risking a good paynig career that you love wouldn't be worth any amount of money, since they already make good money here- not sure how well they are paid in your country.

I remember a news story of someone in the UK I think, who tried to do this. He went about it more forcefully though. Ended up getting charged.

It's a high risk to take because you're putting yourself in line for wellness visits and potential charges for soliciting or conspiring to commit a crime.

It might work in a shithole country if you offered a month's wage to a greedy vet. Otherwise don't bother...

This. Nobody is going to risk their credentials and reputation unless you pay them an exorbitant amount.

N is a highly controlled substance in most of the world— in the United States, it is a Schedule II drug, which is in the same category as opiates, cocaine and Adderall/amphetamines. If you live in a country where N is regulated there is no way you'll be able to ask for it without drawing unwanted scrutiny and likely subjecting yourself to wellness checks.

i would say no to participating in this as many vets must report these incidents if you are turned down and if yes then the stock for such high risk chemicals are kept logged and checked

If you're confident that you would suffer no trouble for attempting to do this, it is your life after all, go ahead and try it. Here, where I live, I most likely would end up in jail trying to do that.

Vets are literal doctors that have had to take on years of schooling and debt to become a veterinary. I very much doubt he'll have even the slightest interest or reason to sell you N when it'll hardly benefit him unless you're planning on paying him tens of thousands of dollars.
