Hi,
I would just like to know if the max dog brewing regulator can fit on tanks that are larger than 20 cu ft? I have two 55 cu ft tanks that I would like to use with the max dog brewing nitrogen regulator.

I think as long as the tank has a CGA-580 valve.

Thanks. I am just confused because on their site it says it only works on 20 cu ft tanks. And I am wondering why they state that if it is still a cga 580 valve regardless of the tank size?

The way I'm reading it, it doesn't say "only" - I think that's just the most commonly used size. You could always email them and ask to confirm, but if you look at any other regulator set up (like the ones on CyberWeld) they look to be standard for any tank size, seems it's just the connection types that matter.

I'm very unhappy about Mad Dog just now.

I sent them a mail enquiry almost two weeks that would have taken 10 words tops by way of reply.

If they're making good profit out of our ctb with their huge price mark-ups that's fine, the least they could do is to have a better sense of customer service!
