these mixed manic episodes have become futile and confusing ,

at this point there is no preferred state ,

i used to think the mania was the fun part

but i am more obliterated and exhausted than ever ...

worst and most confusing part is - i think my SSRI's are making my symptoms worse , weird isn't it ???

access to proper mental health care where i'm from is scarce , untimely and most of all corrupted system ....................

fuck this shite

I'm pretty sure SSRI's triggered my last manic episode and it was bad, there might be better meds available for you.

I've never had a mixed episods, it sounds terrible and I hope you can get stabilized. I've just flipped from very manic to the most intense depression ever last summer. The worst part is having to clean up the messes I made while I was manic now that I have zero energy. I wish I could have a bit of the manic energy and optimism back, without the crazy and delusional bits.
