idk what it was about the game. It just connected so well with me. It released the same year I was born. 2003. At the time I write this thread I've spent nearly 11k hours on the game. When I first heard about the game I was a young 14y/o boy talking to some friends at school and one of them told me about it. It caught my interest. I was hooked the moment I started playing. The character name alone was enough to sell me. James Earl Cash. What a fucking name right? the game itself was a stealth horror game. Except a complete flip. This filmmaker from los santos(yes that los santos) want you to go around killing these specific gang members all while he records from cameras all over the city. The masks. The Atmosphere. The characters. They connected like puzzles in my eyes. I used to wish that I was in that world. Carver City. It was home to me. A world of lunatics.
