A quick search in this website tells me than I should either use a rope or give up. And yet i have no ropes and no means of getting one.

What do I do? Is there anything, anything at all I can do?

I live in a minuscule apartment with rickety doors that don't close properly.

Bedsheets you would need to cut into strips and layer like a belt. Lot of prep but if they are quality sheets you can support some good weight.

I'd do partial suspension. I'd tie a knot at the end of it and push it between the door, past the hinge.

Do you have a dressing gown? These have been used in the past for a partial suspension but I'm no expert.
You are also panicking as you couldn't get your F. Please don't do this right now as it won't work. You'll panic and end up doing more damage. Take your time and PLEASE research it. I know I keep repeating this but do it. I know your angry but this is something not to be rushed.

With a bedsheet is possible I think. Roll the bedsheet both ends in opposite direction, will make it stronger and then make your noose. Then use some pieces of fabric or bedsheet into small strips and roll it around on the place where your artery would be if that noose was around you. It'll take time but it works for me

Dressing gown belt.
Scarf.
Dog lead.
Cord from window blinds
Electrical cord/ cables.
Tights/ stockings.
Bedsheets.
Tie.
One serial killer even used rosary beads to strangle young boys.

People have died from all of the above. You can make a noose or ligature out of virtually anything. It doesn't mean it will work. That all depends on your determination and how badly you want to go through with it, how strong your survival instinct is, whether you get found in time, whether you hit your carotid arteries and pass out, or just choke endlessly then pull the damn thing off again like I did.

As Rachel said, it's not something to rush into. Get found with any of those objects wrapped round your neck in a noose, you'll be on your way to a psych ward with even fewer options than you think you have now.

Well the scarf could maybe have an innocent explanation for being knotted around your neck but the others not so much.....
